The rich, creamy palate is layered with classic Chardonnay characteristics: ripe pear, apple, melon and vanilla shortbread. Subtle oak aging rounds out the crisp, cool-climate coastal fruit for a fresh and juicy finish. Pairs perfectly with lobster risotto, pan-seared salmon and seasonal salads.

The Popcorn wine brand was developed by a pioneer of “Infusion Cuisine”, Chef, R.C. Mills. The consulting winemakers are veterans Richard Bruno and Alison Crowe.
We pick individual Chardonnay vineyard blocks with the perfect balance between ripeness, sweetness, acidity and flavor. Fermented and aged separately, each lot goes through an almost-complete malo-lactic fermentation to impart richness while retaining an important portion of the wine’s natural acidity. The lots are then oak-aged in a combination of medium and medium-plus French oak.
