Julia’s Dazzle Rosé was developed by Long Shadows Vintners founder, Allen Shoup, and named after his granddaughter Julia. Winemaker Gilles Nicault was chosen to craft this limited production Rosé for the skills he developed making wine in Provence, the world leader in Rosé.

A special block of Pinot Gris from The Benches Vineyard at Wallula was left to hang until it developed a bright tint. The grapes were gently pressed and the clarified juice slowly fermented at cool temperatures to retain its intensely vibrant aromatics and flavors.

Fresh and lively with bright aromas and flavors of ripe strawberries and melon complemented by a racy acidity that lingers across a clean, dry finish.
