2015 Stasis Chardonnay

Golden hues draw you in as the nose of caramelized pineapple and salty sea air bring more depth to this Coastal Chardonnay. Ripe white nectarine and Turkish apricot notes rock their way into the warmth of spicy nutmeg with a tease of golden raisins. Gorgeous, curvy and full. An attractive, big, authoritatively flavored Chardonnay.

2015 Amor Fati Chardonnay

Ripe notes of pineapple, red apple and meyer lemon are enhanced with toasty oak, vanilla bean, marzipan, and peach. The palate opens with a fantastically weighty mouthfeel with rich flavors of pineapple juice, apple peel and blanched almonds with a creamy complexity balanced with a lemon pith-like structure. The finish streamlines with zesty acidity, giving this rich wine a clean and refreshing finish loaded with stone. Smuggle this bottle into a movie theater for that Rom-Com to pair with a bucket of popcorn. Or better yet, drink two bottles, watch the Notebook and have a good cry.

Bright notes of Black Cherry, Rose Petals and Red Candy lift from the glass underlined with subtle hints of milk chocolate, candied orange rind and sweet Cinnamon spice. The palette is lively with juicy red fruit with excitable acidity and youthfulness. The wine finishes with an elegant tannin structure that lingers just the perfect amount and keeps you coming back for more.

2015 Amor Fati Syrah

Striking notes of blackberry, black plum, lavender and a hint of sweet spice and black pepper. Juicy acidity and good tension on the palate with flavors of ripe black and blue berries, accompanied by the classic cool climate Syrah notes of black olive and fresh ground pepper. Integrated acidity and tannins play out nicely on the finish.

2015 Amor Fati Pinot Noir

Perfumed aromatics of red cherry, rose petals, oolong tea and sweet spice entice the senses. Unbashful flavors of cherry and ripe raspberry coat the taste buds. Lingering notes of cinnamon and sweet soil are complimented by subtle oak cooperage. This wine is a blend of the best Pinot Noir Blocks from Murmur and was aged in 20% new and thoughtfully chosen French barrels. A serious Pinot Noir in all respects.

2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic ruby-garnet tones dominate the color of this wine typical of a well extracted Cabernet in an intensely concentrated vintage. A bouquet of exotic spices with notes of black currants and Madagascar vanilla pervade the wine’s aromatics. Ripe plums and blackberry flavors intertwine with notes of violets and cacao to produce a Cabernet that is both intriguing and captivating.

2015 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich aromas of cranberry compote and blackberry jam are laced with sweet baking spices and mocha. The flavors of concentrated fruit are bracketed by vanilla oak and spice and lead to a silky mid palate. The lush finish echoes the jammy fruit and toasty oak and licorice, enticing one to pour a second glass.

2015 ‘Ciprea’ Offida Pecorino D.O.C.G.

Brilliant colour with greenish highlights. A complex bouquet where the perfumes of yellow fruits and sage predominate. Evolution in the glass is slow and progressive, while aerating has mineral nuances come to the surface. With a full palate persisting to an elegant finish, this wine is characterized by well balanced, fresh acidity. Good aging capability.

2015 Picus Rosso Piceno Superiore D.O.C.

Nose: In it’s full flavoured bouquet, notes of cherry and plum blend with nuances of sweet spices (cinnamon and liquorice).

Taste: A full-bodied palate, that is tannic to the right extend and altogether harmonic.
