Il Brunone Toscana IGT

Color: bright, concentrate and intense ruby red, with purple reflections.

Bouquet: refined with a rich union of fruity notes of blackberries and floral notes of violets. Nice finish with light spicy aromas.

Flavor: full-body with elegant tannins, lightly exuberant make them gentle by the wooden spices, which never hide the others flavors. Good acidity in harmony with a complex and deep finish, with pleasant length.

Serving suggestions: Red meats, sauces of meet or mushrooms, seasoned cheese.

Nose: quite intense, persistent, with ethereal notes and hints of vanilla and red berries
Taste: warm, charming, soft and elegant, rich of noble tannins, dry, with a pleasant long finish recalling wood sensations.
Food Pairings: T-bone steak, lamb, wild boar and wild game.

Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C.G.

Nose: It opens with floral aromas of red berries like blueberry and blackberry. Subsequently, some toasted aromas (e.g. coffee) come out. A soft and pleasant texture in the mouth with a fresh ending.
Food pairing: Main courses, such as oven roasted chicken and semi-hard cheeses

‘Colombaio’ Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G.

Nose: At the starting point it seems austere. It comes out elegantly, expressing aromas of cherry and ripe plum, red berry fruit with hints of cocoa and vanilla. Those elements are well-combined with the tertiary aromas of humus and minerality (flint)
Taste: A full-bodied wine with silky tannins. The wine’s finish is long and persistent.

‘Sensis’ Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G.

Nose: It does present an elegant nose, where aromas of ripe fruit, fresh citrus notes come out immediately. The spices and Indian herbs fragrances open in a second time, finishing with balsamic and menthol sensations.
Taste: It has a great balance, a close-knit tannic weight and excellent persistence.
Pairing: Long cooking meat dishes and seasoned cheese

Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. Riserva

Nose: Initially, it is austere. However, after swirling the glass, it does emerge red currant/raspberry and cherry aromas.
Taste: It is a very complex, rich, tannic and structured wine. It requires to refine longer in bottle.
Pairing: Long cooking meat dishes and seasoned cheese.
